THIRD SUNDAY OF LENT
In today’s Gospel, the vineyard owner decides to be persistent and give the unproductive tree one more year before he has to cut it down.
It’s like the persistent woman who was about ready to give up computers forever. She always forgot her password when she tried to go online. “I had this problem for years,” she said, “Then finally I thought of a way to beat the system. Whenever I enter the wrong password, a little screen pops up and tells me: “Your password is Incorrect.”. So now I have a new password. It’s Incorrect.”
