VBS Registration

Vacation Bible School 2025

Vacation Bible School is sponsored by St. Joseph Catholic Church June 2-5 from 9:00am-12:00pm located on the campus of Rayne Catholic. Registration is open through May 18th, 2025. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

We will be communicating by way of flocknote through email and text message.

Please note that there will be a mandatory training day on May 31st from 9:30a-11:00a for all helpers 6th-12th grade as well as NEW Adult Volunteers. We will take this opportunity to prepare for the upcoming week of VBS.

Student Volunteer Attendance Policy*
- As a 6th grade – 12th grade helper, I understand that I am required to attend the training on Saturday (as listed above) as well as every day of VBS during the times requested of me, or I will not be allowed to participate as a VBS helper. If I am a high schooler in need of service hours, I also understand that I will not receive any service hours if the training day or any of the VBS week is not completed in full. Your participation is vital to the success of this ministry, and 100% participation is required. No exceptions.

Safe Environment If you will be working with children at St. Joseph and you need to have or renew your Safe Environment Training. You can now do renewals online at www.virtus.org. If you need initial training please contact Deacon Denis through the parish office.
