EIGHTEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

FOCUS: All who follow the way of Christ wrestle with setting priorities. Filling a bigger barn, adding to a stock portfolio, increasing a market share, working a second job; these cannot dominate one’s life. Each one of us must set aside working for earthly goods to do the spiritual and corporal works of mercy that make us rich in the sight of God.
